Tanya was fiftenn at the time I shot this image. An absolutely beautiful young woman,physically and spiritually. A ballet dancer in her youth, her grace and ease with her body made her even more lovely.Notice her hands and feet..positioned so gracefully,echoing the diaphenous white of this couture gown.I shot natural light with reflectors as fill, fil capture on 35mm TMax 400 and Ekatachrome 64 pushed. I very,very rarely reduce color to black and white as I see color images in color,and black and white as tonal in my head before snapping one frame of film. E.P.
